U-19 World Cup: Australia defeat England badly in Quarter Final

Captain Jason Sangha also played a crucial part, hitting a half-century and then taking three sharp slip catches off Pope, including a stunning one-handed grab to dismiss England opener Tom Banton for a 53-ball 58.
Those fifties for Sangha and Banton were the only scores of note in the game, though, with the bowlers dominating throughout 57.1 overs that were bowled.
A whirlwind encounter began with Australia winning the toss and electing to bat, only to find themselves 28-4 after six overs.
That soon become 65-6 and it took a patient half-century from Sangha to hold the innings together. However, he eventually fell to Will Jacks for 58 and Australia's innings was brought to a close soon after, 127 all out after 33.3 overs and three wickets each for Ethan Bamber (3-31), Dillon Pennington (3-27) and Jacks (3-21).
England's reply began positively and they had advanced to 47-0 before Liam Banks was stumped off Pope to trigger an almighty collapse.
England skipper Harry Brook was bowled by a googly next ball and when Banton fell, 47-0 had become 71-4.
Australia were still second favourites with just 57 runs to play with but Pope ripped through the England order, only wicketkeeper Jack Davies (11no) able to join Banton in reaching double figures.
Another Pope wrong 'un wrapped up the match, bowling Pennington to send Australia through to the semi-finals.
